    Description

    This is a quite old Dark Blue Sapphire Cabochon surrounded by pave' rose cut diamonds set in 14k yellow gold. The stone is 5mm in diameter.  This ring was converted from a sapphire and diamond clasp and fashioned into a ring!  In the photos of the sides of the ring, look closely and you'll see the sides are not quite identical.  Also inside, can be seen where the ring has been joined.  This very old and very special ring is small, approximately size 4. It is a very dark blue, appearing almost black unless in strong light.
