Size table according to foot length
Skates are normal, but are a bit narrower in the forefoot area. For feet with a very wide toe area and instep, we recommend half a size larger. The width can also be optimized through the lacing.
Note on use
Roller skates are intended for recreational fun and should be ridden on paved, well-developed and dry tracks or on the roller skating rink. For the endurance and fitness area, inline skates should be used, because they are suitable for regular, ambitious athletic use under high loads.
