The pants were designed with a slim profile and are comfortable on the skin, the breathable mesh material ensures pleasant ventilation. To adjust the pants even better, you can remove or pack the upper pads on the hips and buttocks as required.

How to measure the circumference:
1. use a tape measure or string
2. measure around your waist
3. check your result in the size list
