    The item up for bid is a vintage signed Kramer of New York bracelet and earrings that are not signed but match. They have rhinestones that flash a lot of blue peacock colors that I tried to capture in my pictures. The bracelet measures 7” and the earrings measure 1-1/4” long. All rhinestones are present and sparkling. The bracelet is marked on cartouche Kramer of New York.
